By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Menu Prices: Prices are subject to change and do not include a 6% sales tax. The final price is determined at the time of booking based on design, customization, and quantity.
Payment: Full payment is required at booking to confirm your order and secure your date. Invoices not paid in full within 24 hours are subject to cancellation.
Refunds & Cancellations: Typically, The Sugar Spot does not offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications after payment. However, please contact us immediately if a change is needed, and we will do our best to assist. The Sugar Spot reserves the right to decline any order or request.

Custom Fees: Additional design fees may apply based on the complexity of the request. A detailed quote will be provided at booking, valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise.
Design Expectations: While we welcome inspiration photos, we do not replicate other artists' work exactly. Your order will be uniquely crafted in The Sugar Spot’s signature style.

No Allergy Accommodations: Our kitchen is not certified allergy-safe and may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens before consuming.

Pickup Responsibility: Once an order is picked up, The Sugar Spot is no longer responsible for its care. Proper storage instructions will be provided, and we strongly advise keeping all treats away from heat and direct sunlight. Cakes may include structural supports (e.g., straws, dowels) and inedible decorations that must be removed before consumption.
Late or Missed Pickups: Orders not picked up at the agreed time may be forfeited without a refund. If you're running late, please contact us immediately. As a home-based business, our availability is limited.

Kitchen Information: The Sugar Spot operates as a home-based business and is not subject to state inspections.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products. We are also not liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.

We collect personal information solely for order processing and service fulfillment. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
