This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sugar Spot and you, the customer, effective as of the date of purchase.
1. Confidential Information
All recipes, class materials, and related content are considered confidential and proprietary. You agree not to share, distribute, disclose, copy, or discuss any recipes, ingredients, or instructional content outside of this Agreement.
If you are part of a private recipe or class group, discussion of purchased recipes is permitted only within that private group. Recipes may not be shared, swapped, requested, or discussed in public or private groups outside of the authorized class space.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from future purchases and access, without refund.
2. Permitted Use of Recipes
You are permitted to use these recipes to create products for your own business and to sell the finished products. However, you may not share, teach, distribute, publish, or discuss the recipes, ingredients, or any modifications with others, including in public forums, social media, or online groups.
By purchasing and downloading this digital product, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
